Cutting the queues
Worcester CAB is pleased to announce the beginning of our new appointment system. This will mean that clients needing advice from a CAB adviser will be able to make an appointment, rather than having to wait indefinitely for an adviser to become available. We hope that this will make it easier for people who aren’t able to wait and wait to get the advice they need.
Appointments will be arranged by an experienced adviser, so you can be confident that you’ll be given an appointment with the person best able to help you, and that any urgent problems will be picked up on straight away.
To help cut the queues even further the bureau will now be open for longer each day to ensure that appointments can be arranged as quickly as possible. From 1st October onwards Worcester CAB will be open to make appointments from 9.30am-4pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
