If you think that you may have been treated differently at work because of your ethnicity or nationality, you may be able to take action. You can access free, independent advice from Worcester CAB.
What is race discrimination?
You may have been the victim of race discrimination without realizing it. Examples of how it can arise include situations where you
are:
•being bullied by a colleague or employer
•being made to do less pleasant jobs or work anti-social hours
•being paid less than your the colleagues
•subjected to enquiries by your employer which go beyond the checks required by the Home Office for foreign workers

•By helping you write letters and fill in Employment Tribunal forms
•By producing and sending discrimination questionnaires
